50 Ways to Build More Fun & Fitness into Your Busy Life!

For the past 35 years, my wife and Six Factors to Fit co-author Nancy and I, have had a Fun Club.

Basically, we formed a social group of 6 couples – that expanded to 13 – who get together on a few Saturday nights per year for fun-filled group activities.

Though our group took a long break during the pandemic, we’re looking forward to starting up again soon.

Couples take turns planning fun club nights. Keeping the night’s events a secret, host couples only tell club members when and where to meet, the time and what to wear.

Our fun club challenge is to plan a fun group activity with a light dinner and keep within the fun club budget.

The goal isn’t to splurge on an expensive dinner or night out but instead to put some fun and adventure back into our busy (and often too sedentary) lives.

The 50 activities that follow are actual fun club activities that we did over the years.

We grouped activities by an estimate of the different fitness levels required.

Aside from being pure fun, I see Fun Club as a way to be active, build friendships and invigorate your healthy lifestyle journey.

Enjoy your health!
